Hello there, I’m Regina and I’m here to provide you with a space to be and become your most authentic self. Before we get started, here’s a little bit about me.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. I take a trauma-informed, client-centred, and integrative approach, drawing from various modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Person Centered therapy, and strengths-based practices. I get to know you – your goals, needs, and challenges – and I tailor my approach based on what works best for you.

As a South-Asian who grew up in the Middle East, moved back home to India, and then immigrated to Canada, I’ve seen first-hand what it’s like to navigate the minority and immigrant experience. I’m also well-versed in the tools needed for life transitions such as these.
Early on, I was drawn to the complexity of the human spirit. But it was in my teenage years that I first came across Psychology. As I was navigating the ups and downs of adolescence, I found great comfort and guidance in a psychologist’s advice column in a magazine. What started as a journey to deepen my understanding of myself, turned into a passion, and so I pursued a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology.

Soon after, I worked as a counsellor in a renowned school in Bangalore, India. Here I worked with children and teenagers with issues such as self-esteem, peer relationships, stress and more. I then started my online therapy practice and worked with adults in their 20s and 30s dealing with things such life transitions, identity issues, work-life balance, etc.
