Here are the steps:
- Book a free consultation call.
- You can schedule your first session either during the call or once you decide to start.
- Consent and intake forms will be sent for you to complete before the session.
- Add your credit/debit card to your file.
- You’ll receive a login link for the session.
- Attend your session at the scheduled time.
The sessions are 50 minutes long but billed for 60 minutes. This includes time spent on notes and other administrative tasks related to the session. Sometimes, longer sessions can be requested/recommended.
Initially, once a week is recommended. Frequency can decrease as progress is made—typically to once every two weeks or monthly.
Therapy duration varies individually; progress is unique to each person’s experiences and goals.
A full session fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows,as this could impact scheduling for others seeking support.
Therapy discussions remain confidential- with exceptions as outlined in the consent form. Parent meetings may occur if the teen is comfortable and based on the treatment plan.
Limited sliding scale spots are available, primarily for students unable to pay the full fee. Please email for inquiries.
