Walk & Talk Therapy in Etobicoke

I’m Regina. I offer walk and talk therapy here in Etobicoke because I get it—sometimes, sitting in an office just doesn’t feel right. If traditional therapy settings have ever felt a bit overwhelming to you, walking therapy might be exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll chat about what’s on your mind while taking a peaceful stroll outdoors.

Why Walk and Talk Therapy?

There’s something really special about talking outside, surrounded by nature. It makes opening up feel easier and more natural. Walking can help calm your anxiety, lift your mood, and give you space to work through tough emotions at your own pace. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or just need someone to talk to, walking therapy offers a refreshing twist on the usual approach.
